Your request is on the desk

Got it. Your chase list is in the queue.

Thank you for writing. Your message reached our team, and a person who has closed a set of books is going to read it, not a routing robot.

What happens next. You will get a written reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. If you asked for a demo, that reply proposes two or three time slots outside the first twelve days of the month, because we would rather not sit on your calendar during close week. If you asked for a quote, it arrives as a single page with the plan that fits your client count and nothing else attached.

Bring these three things to the call

  • A rough count of active client files, and how they split across monthly bookkeeping, sales tax and year end work.
  • The two or three documents that always arrive last. Fuel receipts, card statements and payroll registers are the usual suspects.
  • Where your workpapers live today: Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint or a folder on a local drive.

With those in hand we can load your own engagement types into the board during the call, so you are looking at your practice rather than a demonstration account.

While you wait

Two parts of the site answer most of what comes up between the request and the call. The how the chase runs section walks through the four steps from a checklist template to a filed document, and the pricing section spells out what each plan includes and what happens if your client count grows mid year.

If something is urgent, or you would rather skip the form loop entirely, write straight to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com and mention the name of your practice so we can match it to your request.
